Zeal Dynamics

About

Our Story

At its essence, Zeal  means to pursue an endeavor with energy, purpose, and passion. The definition of Dynamics is the forces or properties which stimulate growth, development, or change within a system or process. This is the purpose and one of the foundational motivations of Zeal Dynamics.

Helping you create an environment of continuous improvement in your organization with your employees is why we’re here. By analyzing current process conditions and developing better future state workflows, you can create more efficient ways to operate with less waste and more energized employee teams. By bringing and teaching the principles of Continuous Improvement, Lean and Team problem solving techniques, energy, empowerment and excellence can be realized. Your employees will experience the ability to impact positive outcomes like never before. You can build a continuous improvement culture in your company, with your teams – no matter the size, industry, or current state conditions.

The evolution of continuous improvement from the latter 1990s until today has been nothing short of remarkable. What began as studies of the Toyota Production System has now evolved into some of the most profound, yet simple to apply, improvement methodologies and concepts we’ve ever seen. Ultimately, in the future, you are an organization applying these principles and improving your business, or you are an organization in chaos, with low morale, constantly firefighting with no light at the end of the tunnel, and no real way to effect positive change.

The most important task for companies of any size is just to get started. Just begin. Zeal Dynamics is here to help you get started and so much more. Energize your employees, Empower your teams, and Excel in your business.

Zeal Dynamics was founded to bring the concepts and techniques of continuous improvement, process improvement and team problem solving to any size organization in any industry. Utilizing and teaching these principles while empowering employees to identify and solve problems will energize and empower your teams to excel. Aristotle said “For the things we have to learn before we do, we learn by doing.” Fundamentally, this is how Zeal Dynamics will help you. Bringing these concepts to your organization and learning them while improving workflows and reducing waste simultaneously. It is the key to changing culture. Zeal Dynamics is here to ensure everyone has an opportunity to learn and apply these principles at the pace they can sustain. Regardless of whether or not you are a company with a vast number of resources, you can use these principles within your budget at your pace. We will become a part of your team, your CI resource for implementing positive changes at a rate that works best for your teams and your organization.

“Craig’s leadership and coaching skills are second to none. His ability to put leaders in positions with their individual expertise has energized and maximized their ability to perform at the highest level. Craig transformed a culture, changed the language we used to communicate, enforced interdepartmental job sharing, and taught management methods of process improvement that will be sustained for the long haul and we continue to reap the benefits of that.”
